Premark Lab
Privacy Policy
Last Updated: [25.05.2026]
Premark Lab ("we," "us," or "our") operates premarklab.com and provides marketing infrastructure services to therapists in private practice. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
Contact form submissions: When you fill out a contact form on our website, we collect your name and email address along with the message you submit.
Client onboarding: When you become a client, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the practice information you choose to provide during onboarding (such as your practice focus, area of expertise, niche, ideal client profile, website link, and website platform). Billing information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never collected or stored on our systems.
Access You Grant Us
To deliver our services, you grant us access to your existing platforms through each platform's own permission system — by adding our designated account as an authorized user or manager. We never ask for, collect, receive, or store your usernames, passwords, or login credentials of any kind. We hold no ability to access your accounts beyond the specific roles you assign to us.
The access you may grant includes:Google Business Profile manager access — to optimize your profile, post content, and manage reviews on your behalf.
Website CMS access (editor or contributor level) — to deploy and update content on your behalf.
Google Search Console access — to analyze your search performance, rankings, and indexing.
Google Analytics access — to analyze your website traffic and audience data.We use this access solely to analyze, optimize, and create content for your practice. We do not export, retain, or store the data we view through these platforms; our work is performed within your own accounts. By granting this access, you authorize us to make changes to your connected platforms and content on your behalf.
You retain full control of this access at all times and may remove or revoke it whenever you choose. If you cancel your subscription, we cease all use of your accounts immediately, and you remove our access through your platform settings. We retain nothing accessed through your connected platforms after termination.
Patient Information — Excluded by Design
We do not request, and you agree not to grant us, access to any system, page, account, or platform feature that contains patient information or protected health information (PHI). Where a connected platform includes a feature capable of surfacing patient communications (for example, profile messaging), we do not access or use that feature. See Section 5.
Information Collected Automatically
Our website is built on Webflow. Webflow may collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We do not currently use additional analytics tools or tracking pixels on our own site.
