Premark Lab ("we," "us," or "our") operates premarklab.com and provides marketing infrastructure services to therapists in private practice. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
Contact form submissions: When you fill out a contact form on our website, we collect your name and email address along with the message you submit.
Client onboarding: When you become a client, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the practice information you choose to provide during onboarding (such as your practice focus, area of expertise, niche, ideal client profile, website link, and website platform). Billing information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never collected or stored on our systems.

Access You Grant Us
To deliver our services, you grant us access to your existing platforms through each platform's own permission system — by adding our designated account as an authorized user or manager. We never ask for, collect, receive, or store your usernames, passwords, or login credentials of any kind. We hold no ability to access your accounts beyond the specific roles you assign to us.
The access you may grant includes:Google Business Profile manager access — to optimize your profile, post content, and manage reviews on your behalf.
Website access — the minimum permissions needed for agreed content and technical SEO work. This may mean editor access for content or administrator permissions for technical changes. Permissions must exclude patient information; if that is not possible, we provide implementation instructions instead.
Google Search Console access — to analyze your search performance, rankings, and indexing.
Google Analytics access — to analyze your website traffic and audience data. We use access for agreed analysis, optimization, and content work. Every blog article and all website page copy we create require your explicit approval before publication. Short Google Business Profile posts publish automatically without individual approval.
You control access and may revoke it at any time. We stop using your accounts when service delivery ends or when you revoke access, whichever happens first. You remove our access through your platform settings when the engagement ends.

Patient Information — Excluded by Design
Do not grant access to patient records, messages, or other areas containing protected health information (PHI). Where a platform also hosts patient information, our permissions must exclude those areas. If this is not possible, we provide implementation instructions instead of accessing that system. See Section 5.

Information Collected Automatically
Our website uses Webflow, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager. Webflow may collect standard server logs. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, pages viewed, referral sources, device information, and website interactions. Google Tag Manager manages tracking tags. This information helps us understand website performance and inquiries. You can manage cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
Process and manage your subscription through Stripe
Deliver contracted marketing services, including profile optimization, search and analytics review, and content deployment on your behalf
Communicate with you about your account and service delivery
Send marketing and service updates (where you have opted in)

3. Email Communications
We may contact you via email for service-related communications. In the future, we may use Brevo to send marketing emails to subscribers who have opted in. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email.

4. Payment Processing
All payment transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details at any point. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Patient Data
Premark Lab does not access, collect, process, or store patient health information or PHI. Our services are for therapists as business owners. Access to client platforms must exclude patient records and communications; where this cannot be achieved, we provide implementation instructions instead. Research uses published literature, never individual patient records.

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Service providers include Stripe for payment processing, Webflow for website infrastructure, Google for website analytics and tag management, and Calendly for booking calls. These providers process relevant information under their own privacy policies.
Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.7. Data Retention
We retain your contact and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We do not store, export, or retain any data accessed through your connected platforms, and we never store login credentials. If you cancel your subscription, we retain account records for a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes only. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Because we operate through delegated platform access rather than stored credentials, we hold no passwords or login details that could be compromised on our end. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We encourage you to contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

10. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for licensed mental health professionals operating private practices. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
